sure its way cute! pair it with a faded denim mini (the kind that are a lil torn up) and some cute flip flops! i love the color too but if u wanna be more summer-ish then u can pick a brighter color. Just don't wear long pants unless it's gonna be cold where u live, cuz where i am its still hot on the first day of school so jeans are an absolute no. im so psyched for high school but i still have no idea what to wear. good luck!

honey those tops are only made for pants and jeans. never pair that with a denim miniskirt. that's like wearing an open v-neck l/s tee with a pair of shorts. that would look totally tacky. but during your first day of high school, your style requires a short sleeve tee unless if you're very desperate to sweat to death in that tee.
by the way abercrombie is super-fabulous!

why? so you can look like all the other clones who are wearing abercrombie & fitch or american eagle or hollister?
take my advice, sweetie...find your own style! if you want to wear a miniskirt and nice t-shirt, do it...but do remember, also, that when school starts in a few weeks, it will still be summer.
don't forget to take into account the dress code at the school you will be attending...if your skirt is too short, or the top is too thin, they can and will send you home to put on more suitable clothes

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.People will start making fun of you alot.I remeber one year a girl wore a long sleeve & everyone was making fun of her because it was hot outside come on it was summer..So don't even try.Maybe wear a tank top with a denim mini skirt & some sandals with a cute designer handbag,some pretty earrings,& a nice belt!

ahhh....high school....i remember when i cared about what i wore everyday.... it was more like a fashion show than school.
Yes it's cute but seriously, when you grow up, you'll realize that high school is a big joke and not as important as it seems...and that the clothes you wear now won't even matter. you'll find it ugly when you look back at pictures 5-10 years from now. Good luck at school. Concentrate on that instead of trivial things like what to wear!!

you want it strait? i will give it to you strait--dont wear that shirt! take it from a girl who wore the wrong clothes for the last 4 years. if you do wear that shirt, wear it with a cute pair of low rise short shorts, of a pair of jeans. but not with a demin skirt. if you want to wear a skirt, find a shirt in a lighter, more airy color. trust me, go by this advise and you wont be sorry about your clothes choice.

Its kind of plain and it is summer so maybe something with short sleeves would be better.
