Yes there are lots. The most widely used is Technetium (element 43) its used a lot in medicine. And of course there is that Americium in smoke detectors (element 95).

Depending on your defination, man can make many elements. For example if you split uranium you will get krypton and barium. These are man made in spite of the fact that there is other natural krypton and barium we did not make.
