Seriously, if He-Man lived on planet Earth, he would be stripping for tips on Santa Monica Boulevard. On the planet Eternia, he battles evil and gives homolies on the value of cooperation.

As far as toy franchises go, I wouldn't pay a red cent for He-Man. I never enjoyed the original cartoon. The live-action film was a dog and the toys were never as cool as Transformers or G.I. Joe. I looked down on anybody who bought He-Man toys. C'mon, Orko?! Good Lord, he and Snarf (from the ThunderCats) were among the worst TV sidekicks to ever grace the small screen. The second incarnation of He-Man was much better in terms of its detailing. Also, the cartoon got a heavy push from Cartoon Network and was much more entertaining than the original, but I never made a point to watch it. I never had a favorite He-Man character because neither the toy nor the series had any appeal to me.

I think Shera princess of power was my favorite character. But I loved when He-man would lift his sword above his head, and yell "I have the power of Gray Skull!!!!"

Heck yeah I remember him. We still have the original action figure in the box...as well as the other characters. I've heard it's worth a bit of money.... :-)
