I have the same problem at times, Even with a bra. I've discovered that band-aids work really well. Tape can hurt when you pull it off, so if you use a band-aid, you can avoid sticking anything to your nipple. Buying a bra with a little more padding can help too, although I don't like that because it makes your chest appear larger. Pasties are similar to tape and band-aids, and work the same way.

If you dont want to wear a bra (sports bras are the best for breatability and keeping this issue down I have seen) then get used to all the attention. You know us guys love it when we get a nipple shot for free. But maybe that is the point you dont want to give free shots. Then get the bra pretty much the only choices.

Assuming you don't like padded bras, get a "lightly lined" or "shaped" bra. The thick material will hide your nipples, and if the colour is close to skin tone, it will hardly show through anything. If you get tired of the slightly artificial look, you can wear two light bras, the outer one being loose cotton.

Vogue makes a nice soft cup bra that
would be nice under a t-shirt.
A detactable bra-one that can be
worn in 2 ways would also be used
for other outfits.
Otherwise any padded t-shirt bra
would be great. Go try some
different ones on to see which one
you'd like best.

FEMALES!!!! CALLING ATTENTION!!! Nipples showing can be sexy, if u r not going to a church or family functon where kids r the majority. If u r an adult it is ok or if u r really bothered, try the bandaids that men use for razor accidents, the small ones, they work and they show no signs of the band aids or the nips. There are these things that u can get from like victoria secret they are under the adhesiveand shaper section i had to get them to wear with a back less dress but anywaz the are like nipple covers and then put on a bra of course i hope u are wearing one !

Well if you are against wearing a bra then you could always use sticky tape to keep your shirt from showing your nipples.

A good bra in a neutral color with a little padding. Now, it doesn't matter if your straps show or not. if you're not comfortable with that, a good department store or Victoria's Secret sells these things that go over your nipples, kind of like band-aids, but they stick better.

Don't worry about it. And don't worry about a bra either if it's uncomfortable. Wear a cami with a built-in 'shelf bra' (so you're not totally bouncing and/or sagging) and let your nipples show. Men wear what they want - it's only fair for us to be able to be comfortable.
