BECAUSE ladies with hairy bodies are SICK! what would want to rub up on a girl who has more leg hair then you? Or a girl who has hair bushing out every where? Yuck! I have a hair phobia... that's why i don't have any body hair :o)!

It depends on the woman. Some women prefer to be natural and just let nature take its course. Others prefer to be smoothe all over, yes, that includes legs, underarms, and even more private areas. Most women, however, do not shave their arms as hair does not usually grow super thick to warrant the need. It is hygenic to shave certain areas as bacteria that leads to odor can grow and cause terrible smell, like the armpits. And when it comes to miniskirts and midriffs women with leg or even stomach and back hair may shave these areas too. So, the answer is "Yes."

I shave the underarms and legs. If a woman is hairy enough to need to shave her arms, she needs some hormonal help.

Most do yeah (legs, armpits, bikini area), at least here in the U.S. Why do you ask?
I'm not familiar with many women shaving their arms, but I have a friend who gets hers waxed periodically because she has thick arm hairs...

I perfer to have hair on my head only. And yes, I use creams on my arms, not for looks but for feel. Much softer to the touch. My husband enjoys touching soft bare skin and I enjoy being touched. Win-win situation!
