I will assume for a moment that you are a woman. The biggest key to getting pregnant is your timing. You have to have sex when you are ovulating. Count seven days from the first day of your period. Have regular sex between days 7 and 20. Those are most likely your most fertile days of your monthly cycle.

If you have tried with no conception for several months, I would make sure that "Daddy" isn't "shooting blanks." Have him see a doctor and have him do a sperm test. If his sperm count is low, or if the sperm aren't swimming properly, the doctors may be able to help him. If all is well, you may just need to keep trying.

If you have been trying for over a year, see your OB-Gyn and find out if you have a health problem that is preventing you from conceiving.

I myself had a hard time concieving my est advice to you is to hold your legs up in the air to help gravity do its job!
