If I remember correctly, motivation theory involves getting subordinates involved so that they understand how they fit into "the big picture" and then personalizing their roles so they have a stake in the overall outcome. The general concept is that most people want to do a good job, but they have trouble with certain job tasks if they don't understand why they have to do them or they don't see the final product, so if subordinates understand how and why their contribution is important they'll do their part.

Not to be a smart ***, but are we discussing Maslow's theory of motivation, McGregor's theory of motivation or Hackman & Oldhams theory of motivation? Considering the context of leadership, are we looking at a transactional, transformational or charismatic leader?
To pick one of millions of possibilities, one example would be that transformational leadership probably hinges on Maslow's heiarchy of needs, so that this type of leader would enable the follower to accomplish and satisfy all of their lower needs and aspire to the higher ones, the highest being self actualizations.
The transformational leader is an enabler in the context of Maslow motivational theory, so would guide them through their process of developmental growth. I know it all sounds like hoohaw, but this is the terminology of the field.
The other theories may be more geared towards "transactional" leadership styles, which is what managers are typically viewed as being instrumental in driving.

he will first pass some words that'll encourage, and then will stimulate him\her to do work properly and to share their ideas
and he'd try to accept their ideas and when they show their performance he'll provide incentives and will praise them for their excellence, and in the else case he'd advice them without showin his anger on them
(even he is not satisfied) he'll try to appreciate their workas much as he can
