I used it! It should definitely be safe because the amount of product being absorbed into the skin shouldn't be enough at all to pass to the baby!! I would be more concerned about ingested acne medications, the definitely shouldn't be used while being pregnant!

I just read the pamphlet about it... no studies have been done on pregnant women, but there have been studies done on rats that were pregnant. They were given oral doses upto 120 times the maximal daily human topical dose. No fetotoxicity was exhibited.

There are a lot of acne products that are not safe to use during pregnancy. These are chemicals that you apply and are seeped into your system. You need to ask your OB/GYN before using anything.

I'm not familiar with differin but i would say that since you have acne i wouldn't even want to take the chance of waxing them. Whenever I get mine waxed I usually breakout in that area, so I have just been tweezing them. Sure it takes longer, but you wont break out.
