It's not too bad, but I need it to clear up within a weeks time, or atleast some to clear up in about a week.

When you first start you may want to do a less intense routine.
---
Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser (Let it sit for a 1-2 mins)

100% Tea Tree Oil (a few dots on your finger tips pat on your whole face- Don't over do it or your eyes will water)

St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub (Very light pressure/ as light as when your shaving), (Leave it on for 5 minutes) Every other day.

---
*If you want this more intense use the Scrub everyday in the morning before your cleanser. Use a LIGHT hand imagine your face is made of tissue paper.

---
*If you want a less intense routine Only use the scrub once a week. Don't leave the scrub or the cleanser sit on your face. Only use the Tea Tree Oil to spot treat.

Good luck.

Drink lots of water!!! Get that system flushed.
I can't guarantee results in one week, but you can try this...it will help you clear your skin.
Use 1 ripe avocado, an egg yolk, green clay and cornflour and mix it up. Sit with the mask until it dries..then rinse.
Then use a mixture of chamomile oil, rose water, lavende water and lavender oil...and you can apply this with a cotton ball. Then use whatever lotion you use. The lavender will cut back on scars and will heal your skin.
Also, if you dilute lemon oil in warm water, and rub that on after work outs or just to freshen up...it's antibacterial.
If you can't afford all this stuff (which isn't too expensive), I would try using a facial scrub...then putting your face over a bowl of boiled water and covering with a towel for like 5 minutes. Then use any store bought mask and rinse when done. Good luck!
