it doesnt stink after some time coz its cool....its becoz the smell takes some definite time to spread in air...thats why the delay.

Haven't you ever smelled hot urine before?? It reeks!! I'm not sure what to say to your question b/c I don't believe it's correct.
At any rate...urine isn't really supposed to have a strong smell..it's indicitive of a poor diet.

Ammonia is formed on standing. That makes it stink. Ammonia is also responsible for diaper rash in babies.
