One of the blessings of civilization as we've come to know it is that we've done away with that sort of thing. 3rd world countries may have stuff like that, but the american public wouldn't tolerate such conduct/ attitudes, and neither should you.

Nope. This isn't a banana republic. When someone advocates the use of violence of any kind to oust a freely-elected official, that person moves to the bottom of my respect list. It appears that Pat Robertson now has some company.
