To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

well, before you give up all hope of concieving without the doctors help try going to your local pharmacy and buying a fertility monitor, the a couple different ones, disposible and the re-useable ones that can be a bit pricey. At least then you will have a good idea that you are ovulating. If that fails then I would contact your OBGYN for some extra help. He or she might un some testing to see if you have a hormonal imbalance or maybe something else. Good luck to you! and happy trying

Try using an over the counter ovulation predictor. My best friend was trying for over a year, went and got one and bingo they were pregnant within a few months. But you do need to make sure there is nothing hindering conception. Any Dr. will tell you if you are trying for more than 12 months and nothing, then you need to be seen, both of you.

First and foremost, there's no way to NOT think about it. It's normal to think about wanting a baby. There are no over the counter drugs to help you in regards to getting pregnant. Eat healthy and exercise. However, there are some websites to get clomid from Canada and Mexico, but I don't recommend taking it unless you're under your Drs. care. It can be dangerous if not used properly. I suggest going to your OB and ask them for assistance and let them start monitoring you. Good luck and baby dust to you!

well i know there are no over the counter fertility... trust me i looked. i would probably go to your doctor and explain what has been going on. Have you tried fertility sticks that can calculate when you are ovulating and they tell you the best way to conceive. There is also the bbt way, or calendars online that will tell you when you are ovulatiing. other than that i am not sure. Sorry. best bet is your doctor so he can give you fertility drugs or he will do tests to see why you are not conceiving.

Stop "trying", you're making it a chore, just sit back and relax and enjoy yourself! Go away, just the two of you somewhere romantic and relax. If the doc says there is nothing wrong with either one of you than just sit back and let mother nature take it's course. If all else fails have you checked into adoption? Good luck!

Depending on your age, it's probably best to consult a fertility specialist.
