Ah, the journey of the sock lost at the dryer. It all starts when the sock decides that he or she has had enough of his/her sock partner. While tumbling in the dryer, the lost sock jealously views all the other socks happily tumbling together while he stares back at his/her sock partner and wonders why he/she chose her/him. At some point in time during the spin cycle, our lost sock gathers the courage and tells his/her partner that maybe they should see other socks. This, of course, breaks his/her partner's heart and they go to opposite sides of the dryer. Our lost sock starts trying to get the attention of other socks in the dryer, but ends up noticing that all of them already have a partner and are happy, so after a large number of spins of the dryer, he/she decides to go out to the world and find more socks, so he/she, pushes through the lint filter and into the innards of the dryer, where, eventually by some miracle of quantum physics, our lost sock becomes entangled with several quarks and some other subatomic particles and becomes an electrical signal. Some time after that (specially quickly in houses that have homeplug data over electric outlet networks), our lost sock gets transformed into data bits and ends up going out into the internet, where, he first becomes a virtual sock puppet for several (by now dead) dot com startups. failing at this, our sock becomes the star of a couple of really stupid Youtube videos that bore all viewers to death and eventually ends up becoming a profile in myspace, where he ends up attracting pretty, yet innocent children that become entangled in his socky web of deceipt.

I wear thongs my boyfriend calles them dental floss, well I've noticed that every time I Dry I was always missing my thongs , so I checked the dryer, and nothing i could not find a thing...so about a month later my dryer broke down and i had a repair guy come by.... when he open my dryer he found : socks, thongs, money and paper, can you believe that??? I my self don't know how they got in there , but It happens.
