click right on the cell and go to to 'format cells' and 'allignment'

then click the left window under 'orientation'

Right Click the cell or group of cells.
Click Format Cells.
Click Alignment Tab.
On Right, click on the Orientation scale to rotate the text.

Type your test into the cell. Select (highlight) the cell or select it with your cursor. Click FORMAT, then CELLS, then ALIGNMENT. Move the orientation arrow to the top point.

Got to the menu bar and select format: cells.
In there you change the way data looks in each cell

select the cell then rightclick-format cells-select allignment tab-and adjust the orientation i.e. degrees as 90 then click on ok.
