Since the "innoscents" were warned to get the hell out of the way, and Hezbollag used them for human shields, it is on Hellhounds' (aka Hezbollah's) head for any collateral dead. How about all the inoscent people all over the world these suicide killers are taking with them?

The suicide killers usually come from a humble background. They are handed over to the clergy by the parents against some money and then trained and brain washed in a manner that they are willing to do what they are told to. It is a very tangled web.
