Everyone should care about their ID. It's very important to have and keep track of in today's world. If you don't have ID then you don't really have a way to prove who you are for many many different reasons.

yes, people who are living under war environment & emergency declared countries citizens defineately concern identification. others may doesnt heard about it. yes it's pointless security process but it's essential for some, it's controversial issue.
