can some one give me an exacting equation to figure out the total expansion of the universe that would tell me the exact messurements of it?

As we understand the universe is constantly expanding, and our understanding of itis that we may never explore its vastness therefore it cannot truly be measured. But if you want to understand more about it, read "The Universe in a Nutshell" by the great Stephen Hawking.

the universe is constantly expanding (big bang). so really, there are no measurements of it.
