does staring at your computer too long affect your memory???

i think it has mine eck ... i know it affects your vision but what other stuff does it affect??? in your opnion..
have been staring at my computer screen for farrr tooo long lately... eck

I work on computers all day, then on them at night sometimes. Not sure if it is that or me getting older, but man...takes me twice as long to remember stuff these days!

I work in front of a computer most the day and I think it does effect your memory. That, or I'm just getting dumber in general. :)
