Front Neighbors do it, neighbors to the left do it, neighbors to the right do it. What can i do? I hate it, why do they think that it's ok to have BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM bass, all the time, i feel like earthquakes all the time. plus ears hurt

when you call, make sure the dispatcher can here the hip hop music, then she will be convinced enough to send Five-O to the resecue.
Just have the police say it for you, would you kindly keep your music at a minium, the entire neighborhood does not want to hear hip hop all evening long. Have a nice day! The police do not have to arrive at your home, just give them the address of the noise makers and they will pay them a nice lil visit.
How is that for some sound advice? Ok, then do it!

Get a Ron White (or some other country comedian) CD and blast it really loud as soon as they take a break from blasting theirs!!! That'll show em!
Or, have you tried talking to the landlord about it? See if it may violate your lease in someway (noise disturbance, disturbing the peace).

I would go ask them to stop with the loud bass if they do not stop then i would call the police most towns have some kind of noise ordinance

Call the law and file a complaint for disturbing the peace. It's illegal for them to play their music too loud in a residential area.
