I was watching a TV show and someone gave pure lemon extract, it changed their voice. Is that true?

not per say. Lemon juice will clear your throat it will make your vocal cords moer "attentive" and any dairy products you ahev injested (that flatten your tone) will either dissolve or flow down to your stomach

It clears the vocal chords of mucus and **** like that so that one owuld have a cleaner sound and hit higher notes or lower whatever the need be
