That depends on what kind of flirting. If you are flirting with someone just to tease them into being hopeful about something that is not going to happen, then flirting is deceptive and almost cruel.
If, however, you are flirting to make someone feel special--really make a quick connection and be the highlight of their day--then never stop flirting ;)

You should never stop flirting. Even if your married. Flirting makes you feel good and as long as you are not acting on it I don't see the bad in a cheap thrill.

Never! As an example, my seventysomething mother and her friend were driving home from the store one day, and they decided to drive by the house of her friend's old boyfriend. He was married, but they knew his address. Believe it or not, the old boyfriend was outside cutting his grass, so my mother and her friend pulled over to say hello. Turned out his wife had died a few years earlier, and my mother's friend and the guy started dating shortly thereafter. My point is that it doesn't matter how old you are. The same feelings are inside. We never stop caring and believing and loving.

You should stop flirting once you marry except with your partner. Flirt how ever much you want with your wife/husband!
