No I think the saying goes ... what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger! And yes, it probably will hurt real bad, but if you get through it and come out the other side, you will know how to deal with that situation next time if it happens again and you will also be able to help others through bad times of their own.

the saying is what doesnt kills you makes you stronger....the converse is silly because youre dead, and cant become any stronger
