A positive word of advice is always appreciated tho some people go overboard. Did you know that President Reagans wife was overboard on Horoscopes? I was once semi-stranded in the mountains and I happened to read a Horoscope for that day at a local trading post and it told me to stay where I was, I did and had a wonderful stressfree summer, fall, winter, and spring.

They are bs for all intents and purposes. See the link below for some great info. It's from Phil Plait's Bad Astronomy side where he handles a lot of other myths too.
There's nothing like being informed when you are about to form an opinion!

Astrology is not a religion, it is the study of planetary motion and the correlation of those to our life here on Earth. Belief is a word that means a feeling that something exists or is true, especially one without proof - it does not relate to the study of astrology, therefore I don't believe in astrology.
I believe Astrology based upon your birth date, birth place and exact time of birth works. Sun sign horoscopes do not.

sometimes they have startling relevance to my day - like ive been working this summer and my horoscope told me to persevere through a job that provides challenges with little pay - and that describes my situation perfectly...so its strange...i think sometimes though they just make the horoscope really really generalized so its bound to align with SOMEONE (out of the millions out there) and thats probably why people have followed them despite it being very mystical

yeah sometimes, but I dont let them lead my life, but ex, one day I decided to break up with my bf, and after i decided tht, i checked my horoscope, and it said somethin like, you will change your future dramatically to day,, and it was cool, cuz id liked my bf 4 over a yr fore he asked me out, and i thot he and me would always be together

Well sometimes they make you happy but you have to remember that they don't alyays come true!!! Just something to read!!!!!!!!
