I like how men answer this like they actually know... Unless you're planning on moonlighting in transgenderland or you're a hermaphrodite, I don't really see how you can answer for a woman, unless you attract only the kind of woman who loves men for their, as you put it, "$".
1. Sense of humor - This is the kicker for me. A guy with a good sense of humor and a wit to go with it will get me hooked.
2. Intelligence - This is a huge disqualifier. I don't like to talk to any guy I would see as brainless or vapid. This is actually one of my highest prejudices, as I don't tend to like people I find to be stupid.
3. Character/Morals - At this point I can explore if he has any of either... I'm not talking here about what jokes he might make (as I have a pretty dark sense of humor), but really I tend to like someone who won't sell themselves out and actually gives a damn about something other than himself.
4. (Bonus Round) Appearance/Dress - Honestly, COMPLETELY HONESTLY, I for the most part do not put much value into a man's appearance. I'll sure as hell notice if he's cute, but beyond looking, that will never be what draws me to a man. I'm FAR more liable to approach a fat man with a Popular Mechanics or gaming magazine than I am a cute guy looking at himself in the mirror.
5. Money - I don't give a damn about money beyond, at best, a pleasing bonus. I can take care of myself. I've been poor all my life, and I'm paying my own way through school. If some guy I already liked happens to be loaded, well that'd be okay. If he doesn't meet the first three criteria, I'm not going to waste my time.

I'm mostly attracted to guys by looks at first, but if they have poor morals or a bad character it can ruin it all. On the flip side once I have gotten to know a guy they can become much more attractive. Sense of humor and intelligence is a must. For long term, serious relationships
I would rate:
character and morals-5
intelligence-4
humor-3
physical appearance-2
dress-1 (cause its the easiest one to change)
Be yourself and you'll find the right girl-don't change unless you really love her

It's true that a man's outer appearance: good looks, nice smile, the way he dresses etc. is what attracts me to him initially. If he's intelligent, I'm more drawn than if he's not. But that's all it is; just the attraction. For a man to win me over though, he has to treat me with respect, have a wonderful sense of humor, good morals, and accept everything about me without wanting to change me. He doesn't have to be "pretty" to do that. In fact, if I wasn't attracted to his outward appearance, he may have to work harder at getting my attention, (that shows his character), but may win my heart in the long run. Isn't that what it's all about anyway?

1. Intelligence (number 1 is most important, because it's first.)
2. Character
3. Love making ability
4. Looks
If a man is intelligent he will have a good financial status. If a man has a good character, he will have a great sence of humor. If a man can make me squeal with delight...who cares how he looks?
