First you have to make sure you set your Yahoo Mail option to save a copy of a sent message in the Sent Item folder. For this purpose, go to Options (top-right of the screen), click on Mail (left column), and General Preferences. Make sure the item labeled as "Special Folders: Save your sent messages in the Sent Items folder " is checked.
After that, you can find the emails you send out are automatically saved in the Sent Items folder.

Log in into ur yahoo mail account. Click on "Options" on the right hand side of the screen. Inside "Options", click on "General Preferences". Inside "General Preferences" u can see a category "Folders/Search results". In that category, there's an option (Special Folders: Save your sent messages in the Sent Items folder). Check this option and click on "save" on the left side of the screen. Now whenever u will send a mail to anyone, one copy of that mail will remain in your sent items folder. U can always read ur mails again in sent items folder.

Any time you send an email there is a copy of it in your sent folder. Just go to your sent folder and highlight it and move it to any folder you wish.

Have you looked in sent items?. Failing this save as draft before sending or print before sending.

But it does. You should see a 'Sent' folder on the left hand side of the screen.
If not, click on the Folders 'Add - Edit' options
