Depends on who are you talking to. If you speak Filipino and the one you are talking to speaks Filipino too, then speaking in English makes you less Filipino.

I think it makes people think tht person is a filipino who knows English...and it really depends on how the accent is...if it's native like, I think this will make one less a filipino, and vice versa.

no because being filipino is not seen on what language you speak in but on how you act and how you accept your nationality.

No. it makes you a well rounded person to speak more than one language, as well as to be able to adapt to our culture and better communicate with us. Please don't think you give up your own culture when you learn someone else's!
