this man is a devious asshole that may try to sue me later. I need to write release statement that when he pick up his stuff he will not be able to sue me later. Should I take a picture of the stuff? Please advice. I will allow him to come to pick up his stuff up with a police stand by. But he may still sue me because he has nothing better to do. While I was not home, he allows other to enter the house and they took stuff from me and may have taken stuff that I do not know about

You need to have him sign a hold harmless letter. I doubt he will do it, but basically type up a letter stating he holds you harmless from any and all damages.
I would contact the police about stuff missing from your house though.

u been robbed you need to call the police and let them take a statement and get a lawyer
