ive had a cast on for 2 months
now there putting a freaking brace on me!!!!
this sucks
any advice on how to deal with anger
like syco anger
like pulling your hair out
and chopping my foot off kinda anger

babe, it's only a brace to help your arm heal. you will get over it cause you don't want a messed up arm the rest of your life

Wow! That's worse than what I've been going through. Work at a high school: first day of summer vacation, fell and broke my foot.
First was in a splint w/crutches. Then one cast. Then, xrays and a 2nd cast.
Haven't been able to drive all summer: won't be able to 'til the last few days of the vacation.
Frustrating and annoying, but glad I'm not you!!
Try to deal w/it. Know how you feel, well almost...this, too, shall pass!!

Write it out (like you're doing now). Don't act it out. Also Google "anger management".
