Several years ago, I worked with a woman who claimed that she used to live with her mother in a haunted house, but she was so disturbed by what she saw she decided to move out. The woman claimed that she saw a little girl who at first looked normal. She looked normal, that is, until she opened her mouth. Supposedly, the little girl had FANGS! The woman said that her aunt had told her that the child was actually a demon. What are your thoughts?

I doubt that she was a demon. There are several medical conditions to consider that may induce the appearance of fangs.
Periodontal disease - the inflammation and degeneration of the bone and gum structures that support your teeth.(http://www.herbology.com)
Macrodontia or Mega(lo)dontia - One or more teeth that are larger than normal, some of which may protrude more than others. Generalized macrodontia is rare, seen infrequently in conditions such as pituitary gigantism. It can be localized involving just one or a few teeth, such as canine teeth.
Dilaceration - A severe bend in the long axis of the tooth, giving it a curved, hooked appearance rather like fangs.
Some tooth conditions may arise from abuse, traumatic stress or untreated diseases. Generally in a "haunting" the emotions surrounding a person's death are so high that it's "recorded" in the brickwork or surrounding area. And the nature of the haunting also depends on the nature of the "person" in life. Anger is a very strong factor and it's often easier to "demonize" entities if the circumstances behind the manifestation is unknown. "Discarnates" generally appear as they were in life, but sometimes distorted since they still cannot escape the "torment" that they experienced in life. (According to parapsychologists.)

Anything is possible, was this woman you worked with
fairly normal, I would consider the source as sometimes
people tend to exaggerate,a coat hanging in the closet
becomes a "boogeyman" a mirror looks dark and ominous
in a dark room,so on and so forth.

Well, there was actually a poem about that little girl.
"The little fang girl from Rangoon"
There was a little girl from Rangoon
who ate all her food with a spoon
her fangs caused an overbite
and then she couldn't eat right
and she could barely whistle a tune!

Demons and Ghosts blur the lines between themselves sometimes. ghosts feed on emotional energies and fear is easy to generate. I couldnt give a professional opinion without seeing it for myself. Demons are rather rare though
