Spybot and Ad-Aware don't stop pop-ups. They remove the dangerous programs downloaded when the pop-ups show up. To kill them before they display, you need Google or Yahoo! Pop-up Blocker, which are both available free online.

Some site has put a program on your computer that lets the pop ups through but is hidden from ad-aware and spybot. You may have to have your machine cleaned by a pro shop. Then have them put in a new firewall and the latest versions of the other programs. Keep in mind that some pop-ups will get through no matter how vigilant you are.

Try loading spybot in safemode and doing a scan. Sometimes spybot cannot rid your computer of some things because the computer has loaded them already. In safemode this things don't have an opportunity to load up.

Safe mode: Tap the F8 key a few times in a row while your computer is booting up. Follow the instructions.

Also, you may want to scan with your other program while in safe mode.

If you've run spybot and adaware and still are getting pop ups there's probably a virus or spyware you can't get rid of. If it were me and or my office I'd say format it. You'll be sure you got rid of it all then.

Have you turned on your browser and toobar pop up blockers? Have you run your spyware scanners in safe mode in order to eliminate infested processes from startup? Have you scanned with your antivirus tool? If you have tried all these things, then post a hijackthis! log at bleepingcomputer.com and perhaps they can help you.
