Perhaps you might discuss the declining reputation of Indians abroad, their having developed a reputation as intellectually dishonest people in possession of bogus degrees.
Perhaps you'll realise that you are just the sort of human garbage who is bringing your country down.
Then, in keeping with the theme, perhaps you'll interview your own mother and see what she has to say about the matter.
Hell, I'd read that.

The whole point of assigning an essay topic is that YOU, the student, are the one who has to write it.
If you have a 3000 word essay to do, you should be starting on it now, doing YOUR OWN research (because you can't defend something you know nothing about, and you will have to defend your essay at some point -- if not this one, then another one) and making an outline.
What do you mean by 'many coatings on this particular topic' - are you talking about quotes?
YOU are the one who should be finding quotes, by reading about the topic and writing down interesting comments. When you write down a quote, write the source as well, so you can attribute it properly in YOUR essay.
There isn't any point at all in downloading an essay, copying it out and turning it in as your work. Your teacher will be able to recognize what is and isn't your own work, and plagarism isn't allowed in academia, at any level. Turning in someone else's work is a quick way to get a '0' for your work, so forget about downloading essays and get busy. Right now. Today.
Good luck with your essay.

Dude- write it yourself. Why? Besides the stereotypical 'the only person you're hurting is yourself' speech (which is also true by the way), teachers these days often check written papers against the internet. Taking a pre written 3000 word essay from the net will GET YOU CAUGHT. Then you're in serious trouble.
Basically, if you can find it on the web, so can your teacher.

Well since most of the people who are reading this are assuming you are cheating I would ask why do you need it? I have a feeling most people are misreading the intent of the need.
Perhaps you can find a copy of it at a local library in your country. If it is an important document then that is where you most likely would find it.

What you are asking is called plageurism, and it is both unethical and illegal. You can get ideas, but you can't just take somebody else's work and turn it in as though it were your own.

If you're gonna cheat, don't be cheap - pay for the paper. There's an old saying that says, "You get what you pay for."
