Liberals are supposed to be against the rich so why worship celebrities?

Really, when did you take a poll. Actually, it's neo cons and big shots who worship them. As long as the celebrities are making big bucks for them. And, oh, if you look in the red States, you'll find more fawning, knee slappin' Republicans than you can shake a stick at .
Those are your supposedly educated, tighta*s conservatives, YEE HAW! Those states electoral votes and a slight of hand got that jerk elected. Tell me how those folks don't worship at the country music altar and get gaga over movie stars.
You need to rethink your opinion.

Liberals see the rich celebrity as themselves if they were rich and had the resources to speak their mind without fear of financial repercussions. And rich celebrities know that 9/10 they can get a get out of jail free card. And conservatives have a stick up their ***! Independents Forever!

Liberals relate to successful people because that is what America is all about: succeeded at what ever you do, regardless what you race or religion or creed is.
Conservatives don't relate to celeberities because they like to pretend they support the average guy or the unsuccessful guy. They're only pretending, of course. Secretly they like celebrities too.

people worship celebrities in general...they do not only fall along liberal lines...to think otherwise is just ignorant
