The man who has been a mutple offender of children..has done some time and repeats again and again...who currently is alleged to be holding 2 boys captive.

No punishment thus far has modified his behavior in the least. He is a multiple offender. No child should ever have to endure his assaults again. The recidivism for this type of offender is nearly 100%.
Let's begin with castration, chemical or otherwise. Then he should serve a tremendously long sentence, such as 50 years. He'll be 85 by then. After that, let him out, but warn every community in a 500 mile radius. Maybe the neighbors will brutalize him before he brutalizes another child.

Life in prison and the death penalty are to easy for this rat ba$tard. We have plenty of nuclear plants with some very dirty center cores. Give him a tooth brush and have him go at it. Plenty of coal to mine in them thar caves.
