Sorry, I'm going to get technical with you but, children's and childrens are SAID the same way: 'chil-dr&nz. They are WRITTEN differently like pear and pair, but are pronounced the same (like pear and pair.) Childrens can be seen as a redundant plural. Children's Menu is the proper spelling.
Exception: Children as a proper name. Children's Hospital. Many cities in the US have a Children's Hospital so if you need to know how many they were, you may ask, "How many Childrens' are there in the US?" (Assuming of course that you shorten Children's Hospital to just Children's, which in normal usage is not unheard of.)
My English teachers hated me. :)
In the supporting link below search on 'childrens.' the site uses ? instead of ' (I'm not sure why.)

Children's menu. Children is plural, the apostrophe s denotes the possessive case. The menu "belongs to" all children, i.e. is for all children who eat at that restaurant.

"Children's menu" is the written form that people will be most happy with.

children is the plural of child. children's menu indicates the menu of children which would be right :-)

Yes, it's children's. Childrens is not a word. Children is a word and refers to more than one child. 's is always used in the possessive form - like cat's whiskers.
