I totally agree that it makes no sense for Owens to cause any trouble THIS year. Logic dictates that it is only a matter of personal survival that he at least wait till next year to start all the whining, sniveling and back-biting for which he is so justly (in)famous.
But it is precisely that it makes no sense at all and would be so stupid and self destructive to start trouble this season, that I am convinced that he will! The guy is remarkable similar to Mike Tyson in this. The more he is under the magnifying glass, on "probation" so to speak, the more his totally over-blown ego can't take it.
Therefore I stand with those whose estimates range from 3-6 games (or weeks) into the season. It will be absolutely crazy for him to do it, but that's our TO!
(If you hate the Cowboys, this will be a "match made in heaven!")

Was L.T. ever on Parcel's hit list? It is a marriage made in heaven. Hard worker who has a big mouth. No problem get the job done and a good coach will love you. T.O. has been rewarded by the Cowboys for his skills on the field and will be happy.Through Parcel's history he has problems with players who lack commitment to perform and nobody has acused T.O. of not giving his all on the field and in practice.

The postseason. The Cowboys will be there and when things don't go to well against the toughest NFC teams it could get ugly between Parcells, Owens, and Bledsoe.

In a matter of weeks. Terrell Owens doesn't know when to shut his damn piehole when he's in public & his attitude towards his former team, the Eagles, is concern, he better let go & conentrate playing some Football. For what I see, there IS no b*tching in Football!

I suspect that Dallas will start out better than expected and TO will be an important part of their success. Then he will forget that he is a player and begin testing the coach. By mid-season there will be constant turmoil until Parcells gives up and boots him.

I say about 8 games. If the Cowboys aren't about 6-2 and T.O. is either not playing well or making wave he be in the dog house quickly but it will take about 8 weeks to show publicly.

I figure about six regular season games ought to be long enough for the magic to wear off.
