For a long time i wasnt able to sleep with radio/tv on... but ever since i started staying with my boyfriend it changed. he likes having the radio on at times and i sleep good..i guess cuz his there.

I find that I do not get a deep sleep if the TV is on. However, it is different if the radio is on. With the TV, I seem to dream about the TV show and my own world combining into one. With the radio, it relaxes me to a point where I fall into a deep sleep.

I can't fall asleep if there's any noise... so I can't sleep with either on... but I could probably fall asleep easier with a radio on than a tv because the tv has lights. Also I can't sleep with lights on so yeaaaaaa!! Good luck

I have to have the TV on to go to sleep. I usually will set the timer so that it will turn off.

I can't go to sleep with either one of them on...I'm afraid i'll miss something, so my ear's are tuned to what they are saying....I like total darkness, and a fan blowin in my face...I can't sleep with out the noise from my fan....
