Well I don't know how to be thine but to be thin u nshould exercises everyday like I ride my bike at least7 miles a day. And don't eat a lot of fatty foods eat healthy. Get acctive more.

u lose them in about 1 month and not faster cause if u slim down faster , u'll also gain faster, do for about 8 weeks sprint wokout such as cycling, fast runnind , skippind , swimming and stuff which continue to burn ur calories througfout d day and reduce ur calorie intake by 100-200 calories and not more than that, hope it helps!
