Do you think/hope that Leonard Peltier will be freed?
http://www.freepeltier.org/story.htm

Do you think/believe they were imprisoned because of a racist police state?
If white supremecy does not exist, as so many people believe, then why are they still in jail for resisting assimilation as so many other political prisoners are?
Should forced assimilation be a crime? Let me rephrase that: should assimilation be a crime?
What are your thoughts?

I think they both should get new trials. There is evidence that both might not be guilty of what they were convicted of. Just because a person is convicted of a crime, does NOT mean that they actually committed the crime. Sometimes, they are not convicted, and they ARE guilty of the crime. Our legal system is just a crap-shoot and the odds favor the wealthy and the house always wins...

He's the cop killer?
It is not about the stuff you write. That is a cover, trying to hide the eyes of American Liberals who want to put a murderer back on the streets.

He was imprisoned because he committed MURDER. If he murdered one of your loved ones, would you be claiming that the racist police state should free the killer?

I hope he gets the proper punishment for his crime of murder.

First, while not having the flexibility to check the evidence provided on the two aspects, there is no way we can state no count if or no longer this individual is harmless or accountable. If he did, actually, come out of the cab with a gun in hand---and, if he did, actually, shoot Falkner, who decrease back hearth and wounded Jamal---then he would be accountable of murdering Falkner without premeditation. there is honestly no way, without analyzing the courtroom transcripts and reviewing the evidence, that the wide-unfold public can say ---- with fact --- no count if or no longer Jamal is accountable or harmless of the crimes of which he convicted.

I certainly hope not, he is a guilty cop killer and he should have been slowly executed years ago. It turns my stomach that tax dollars have been used to keep this scum bag alive since 1981. If they need someone to pull the switch on him have them get in contact with me through Yahoo Answers. I will gladly pay my own way to Philadephia to take out this trash.

Thank you for your attention.
