I love anything and everything Mario...not so sure that's a genre, but those are really and truly my favorites!

RPGs...Final Fantasy, Crono Cross/Trigger, Kingdom Hearts. Even the MMORPGs, Everquest, WoW, Guild Wars.

I love all the Zelda games from the early 80's version to Windwaker. Love the quest/adventure type.

I love mission based games. GTA is my favorite series and I really like The Getaway too!!! I hear there are more 'Getaway' games that I hope to get soon.
