It is possible for you to get pregnant with one ovary. Once you only have one the one that is left starts to release the egg every month. When you have 2 ovaries they alternate everyother month. Now if you are not sure about the tube being connected to the ovary that is something that you will have to ask your gyn about. By using a sonogram they should be able to tell what is going on.

Very possible. My sister had to have an ovary removed due to a pre-cancerous cyst and the other ovary takes over (they usually take turns ovulating every month). My sister had no problem getting pregnant. Only your doctor can tell you for sure if you are having problems with your tube, however.

Yes it is likely... but you can only get pregnant once every two months. One egg drops for example on feburary from that ovary... next month (March)the other ovary is supposed to drop an egg, but since its not there... no egg.... then April you will have next egg drop.

Yes, I already have one 21 month old son with one overy and one tube, I am pregnant now at 19 weeks. So yes!!!!!! My doctor told me that the good overy takes over and works harder for the missing overy.

well ive heard thats its even more likely cuz the sperm only have to find one ovary to travel to.
