what's the best software for transfering video files to mp4 format.

Well, there's a lot of software to convert vid files, but I've used two of them:
1] ImTOO Video Encoder- not so good... video and sound doesn't match.
2] Super Decoder- Great, Just a bit slow. NO probs so far.
OK, btw, there's a particular sony ericsson 3gp format in super decoder. 3gp format is fine! And you HAVE to keep the resolution at 176x144, in order to actually view the file.

I have Sony ericsson w550i and I think it's best to download videos on your computer and then transfer it on your cell pone by Usb cable or by bluetooth if your computer has that option.

listen the best converter to mp4 is a quick time 6.5.1!i use it all the time on my mobile and have 10 videos of metallica at the moment
