My little hints aren't working. I want flowers, damn it! Unfortunately, the flower web site are spamming me instead. I'm one step away from saying "Honey, you suck for not buying me flowers!" so please help.

They keep emailing you because you ordered flowers at some point. See if they have an email list that you can add your boyfriends email too, and add it. =) Good luck!
