Absolutely not. Where is fidelity these days. If your having problems talk to him about it. If not then leave and have a proper relationship with another single person. Whats the point in cyber sex anyway!

It's definitely a form of cheating. All you have to do is ask yourself if your partner was doing the same thing, would you mind? Would you mind your husband talking dirty to another girl?

Probably so...right?

It's just one of those things that doesn't seem bad, but it is.

That's not to say it isn't fun. It's like being able to cheat without really cheating...lol.

If you just can't say no, make sure it stays under control - no phone calls...no personal intimate relationships...just use it to be sexual, and that's it. Pretty soon, you guys will find faults in your marriages, and lean on each other...maybe grow dependent on each other. Not healthy.

What's the difference between cyber sex and fantasising about something or someone while masturbating, or porn films/mags. Not much is there? And you wouldn't say porn was cheating would you? So, as long as it's supposed to be a bit of fun and fantasy where's the harm in it.

No, it's not okay. It's retarded. Looking at porn is different from Cyber Sex 'cause you're actually somewhat interacting with someone on the other end and it can lead to something more eventually.

1) If you have to ask, it is probably cheating.
2) If you wouldn't do it with your spouse right there, it IS cheating.
3) If you feel like it has to be a secret, it IS cheating.

In addition, you are trying to fill some needs by looking outside the marriage. You cannot fix or improve you marriage by turning away from it.

Cyber sex is never okay when you're married. Cheating is cheating no matter how you're doing it.

No, You are still married and that is still cheating no matter where it is done. I believe the same applies to the men who engage in this. You are taking away from your marriage and inviting in another person. Not Okay.

not okay. ditto to Ottis. you should talk to your husband about it. if you are getting something out of it that you are missing in the bedroom, you need to fix the bedroom now. no matter how others in here feel about cyber vs. porn vs. imagination/masturbation ... i wouldn't want my wife cybering with anyone else. now if it's with your husband that another ballgame. how would you feel if it was him cybering with another woman?

I would still feel horribly guilty so I wouldn't feel any different than if I had cheated on him. I guess it depends on the dynamics of your relationship but if it would make him feel bad that you were sharing something so intimate with another person then it's the wrong thing to do isn't it?
