there is a book called what to expecting when expecting, it's very helpful. Ask your doctor, and other moms. Obviously no smoking, drinking, drugs. No heavy lifting, nothing too strenious. Unless you are bed ridden due to complications you can lead a normal life during your pregnancy. Just make sure you eat helathy keep exercising. You can still have sex as long as its not hurting you. Buy that book GOOD LUCK!!!

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

what jachooz said. however, keep in mind that every pregnancy is different, and you may or may not experience everything, or what they suggest may not work for you.
just don't drink and don't smoke, and don't do anything that would jeopardize your stomach and baby.
p.s. if you go to do something or eat something, and you feel yourself hesitating and thinking, most likely it is a no-no and you shouldn't do it. your gut will help you more than anything.
