Have you ever felt like someone was watching you when your alone? Or felt a presence walk up to you when no one was there? Or smell something that wasnt there? I was kneeling at my grandmothers grave planting flowers when I felt something like a breeze or a flag waving sound in the wind near my head. I looked up and barely caught a glimpse of the hem of her dress. Like she was standing there watching me

She was watching you. She was letting you know she is OK and made it to the other side. She is always around you. The odd phone call, where no one is on the other end. The finding of coins over the house. Familiar smells are all indications that she is near.

Absolutely YES. My friends/family/coworkers think I am possessed. I worked in a bank one time where there were a lot of little gags being played on everyone (except me!). Purses were moved, dishes disappeared, etc. My stuff was NEVER touched. I was the teller trainer at the time, so any new teller would come to me during hours with questions they might have about their customers transactions. I would always tell them NOT to interrupt if I was waiting on a customer, just touch my shoulder and I will acknowledge them asap -- I can't tell you how many times I would say (out loud) "just a minute", then turn around and nobody was there --I got lots of raised eyebrows from the customers!! Later on, we found out that the bank used to be an Ice Cream shop and a boy was killed there -- he went to my High School the same time I did -- I think he recognized me. This is just one of mannnnnyyy stories that I could tell you.

Do you think it was your Grandmother? That is so neat that you've had an encounter like that. It could be someone just telling you she's okay now and she's happy, or it could be a spirit guide/guardian angel just saying hello. I have experienced this, but it's been a while. I don't have all the answers to stuff like this, but I do believe, as I'm sure you do too now! How cool!

The sense of prescence where there is none visible is a biological phenomena created by neurotransmitters in the brain. It is most often generated during times of stress, such as when one is grieving for a loved one lost. In time, you will find this happens much less often as you finally adapt to no longer having your grandmother in your life.

I usually always feel like someone is watching me. Occasionally I catch a strong smell of something or other. I also have had dreams of minor everyday situations or events that come true weeks or even months later.

It's entirely possible. Keep your head up it was probably your grandmother was probably telling you you weren't alone. Smile
