Nothing's confirmed yet, but with DEI looking at a fourth team for next year (and the slim possibility that Paul Menard might be joining Red Bull) it's certainly a possibility.

I think Elliott would be a great addition to DEI and that he would fit in well. I think we will know soon enough which way things are going to go.

I haven't heard anything about Elliott going to DEI,most of what I have read speculates that he is headed to Ray Evernham's team to drive the #19.Isn't it strange that Toyota's entry into the sport has caused such an early start to driver's announcing their plans to leave their respective teams. Also I think it's funny to see all the fuss being made to recruit what are basically mediocre drivers.I frequently read about the lack of drivers ready to race at the Cup level, gee do you think that might be because so many Cup drivers participate in the Busch Series there bye denying younger drivers the opportunity to hone their skills to the Cup level.it has been an interesting year to watch.I can't wait to see how it all plays out.

Elliott is too good for DEI. I'll cry if he joins with them.

I hope not. That would be going backwards for him DEI will never last. I hate it but unless they make some major changes, they will be going under pretty fast.

I suppose come the 2007 season we'll have definite answers on all of this. Right now everything is such a rumor mill.

DEI is one of his options, but he has many others too. I don't think that he's decided yet.
