Not if you don't make it a huge part of your diet. Too much of anything is bad for you. Balance is the key, and variety. Make sure you get plenty of fruit and veg (and make sure they're all different, not just potatoes and lettuce!), and grains and legumes (like beans, lentils etc.) as well as milk, meat, eggs...

yes, all smoked food especiall fish contain large amounts of carbon compounds which are extremely dangerous as they are cancerous.
long standing consumption of smoked food have documented evidence of producing cancer of stomach, esophagus and gastritis.
u should avoid eating it
