omg i better better win this one lol ok first when you download a movie it comes in a format which is not mp4 which is the format it needs to be in, go to http://www.downloads.com/ and downloads "BitComet" it pogram to download movies full-lenght for free! once you donwload a movie go to http://www.jodix.com/ and convert the video to mp4 format and its that easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well obviously there's a help button on the apple website that could possibly help u with that dilemma. U should check that out.
