Sarah should have been kicked out over Virginia? If you watch the show.

Sarah needed to go. Every week she proved that she wasn't experienced enough to run her own kitchen. The majority of the time she proved she wasn't a team player. In a kitchen environment, its a team effort, and if she couldn't even handle that, then she needed to go.
Virginia on the other hand, knows that she isn't experienced enough to run her own kitchen. She was having so many problems keeping up with everyone. In a kitchen environment, you can't yell at everyone to slow down because you can't keep up. You have to keep up the pace.

Yes. Sarah is a #@*$.
And personally I'm having a notion that Virginia is going to be in the top 2. Why? Because everyone knows that Heather is going to win, and so booting Keith off the show wouldn't make a difference. And besides, Virginia staying past the top 3 would cause a LOT of talk for the show, which is what every reality show wants.

I think neither is a good chef and despite all the mistakes Virginia made, Sarah getting booted was not a bad choice either. Sarah showed her inexperience every week, and Virginia is not only lacking in skills but confidence as well. Maybe she was'nt booted because her presence will make people want to watch more to see her screw up.

Nope. The elimination isn't based on who's a nastier person, but on who's a worse chef. Virginia has been ham-handing every service she's been in...she's just been lucky that someone else has been worse every other week. Sara left because of a ridiculous immunity rule, not because she was the worse chef...Virginia "should" have gone last week.

I didn't care who was kicked out. I just hope either Heather or Keith wins. Virginia doesn't know how to cook very well. She does know how to cook, just not as good as Keith or Heather. She has been up so many times for being fired. She just seems to keep surviving.

Sara needed to go. She was a gross, filthy cow. I was really happy that Virginia had enough backbone to screw her over. LOL.
Heather and Keith are both really good but I think Heather should win. Keith is not professional enough to run a high class place. He can't even pull up his pants for gods sake.

Yes, Virginia won the challenge giving her the exemption.
The threat of loosing it was to get moving during the service.
(BTW - I don't think either of them really deserves to win...)
