How long did it take your period to regulate itself once you got off birth control?

I was on Ortho Tri-cyclen for 10 years. I stopped taking it in May. June I had a period exactly like I would've if I had stayed on the pill, 28 day cycle. July's period came 2 weeks late. In your experience, how long did it take for you to get regulated again?

It took me 58 days to have my first period, but they were regular at 29 days after that.

about 1 year for me.
